Clean, Professional Portraits

It's always a nice change from models and action sports to get back to a simple professional portrait on white seamless. This is shot in a home studio with about 4 or 5 lights and a bit of post-processing. Doging majorly to the eyes. Enjoy.

Coming up next, MMA, creatives and more professional portraits. Maybe a site update sometime too.

Trish + Scott - the wedding day

It's been a long time coming with these, but I think they came out amazing. The weather was perfect and it rained as soon as nightfall, leaving a great sunset for some portraits. Some of my favorites are posted below.

Coming up soon some headshots and corporate work.

A Teaser for Scott+Trish...er...Trish+Scott

I'd like to start by wishing all the best to Scott+Trish and to thank you for the upmost pleasure in photographing your special day.

When shooting a wedding, it can sometimes be challenging to choose a favorite out of hundreds and hundreds of pictures.

I still have hundreds more to look through; but a quick edit later and we've got something special here.

More coming soon...

Flowers; and how I lust a macro.

I never quite understood people's obsession to take pictures of flowers. Oooh. Pretty.

Spending an afternoon taking pictures of flowers has really changed by stance on that issue. If someone can take an amazing picture of a flower, their abilitites can transcend into portrait work.

Lighting. Subject Positioning. Framing. Depth-of-field. Critical point. It all applies.

I'll share some of my favorites here, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are some more in the future.
